de resonator drainpipe
 

found a bit of drainpipe on my way home for a frends and came up with this ,,the bit between the maf and the bend is to move the fillter away from the vent as it was getting wet,,,drainpipe and 2 bits from my fish tank ,,got to be worth a blue peter badge ,,lol,,,:lol1::lol1::idea:

^ That's pretty fair comment. That undersize piece of pipe immediately after the MAF tube won't be doing the sensor accuracy any favours either.

if it was shortened away from the heat would it work properly

the top tube is ok and works ,,thats the bit to look at insted of the silly box thing,,,it just where the fillter is thats the prob ,,,but they is loads of scoobs with it in that area ,,,takeing the maf tube out in a min ,,so fillter will be away from engin ,,that massive will be down to make one at the week end ,,:thumb:,
