v7 sti internals
what sort of power will the standard internals take before they are on the brink of disaster
ie bhp with torque

You should be ok to run an MD321T, but you will not be able to push the turbo to its limit.

my 2004 sti is currently running in excess of 450bhp on standard internal.

the v7 and v8 internals are identical as far as I am aware.

Was the v7 JDM the first to get forged pistons? Am I correct in saying the UK/Euro didnt get them though?
