I've noticed that on my new Scooby WRX there is what seems like a round circular metal part just behind the upper grill next the Subaru badge. It is just to the right of the Subaru badge and it sits just behind the upper grill.

Any ideas what this is?

It has peeled paint on the fascia and looks horrid through the front grill. I don't suppose I'll do any harm just peeling the flaking paint off and then respraying using a black spray can?

will be fine. Or you could invest in some shiny new PIAA ones? and they won't sound as gay as the standard one.

I do admit, the horn is quite whimpy to say the least. It makes my old Mazda MX5 horn sound like a beast.
