Hiya folks.
Hey all.
Just joined and wanted to say hello to all here.
Bought my first Subaru 2 weeks ago. A 97 v3 WRX STI. Near enough totally standard and a much better car than the S2 Escort RS turbo I was used to
..
Im from sunny Blackpool and am looking forward to going to some meets during the summer.

My old RS was actually pretty damn quick. 218bhp - but it was all at the lower end of the rev range. Putting the power down onto tarmac was a problem. The scooby would beat the pants off it for sure and I get the bonus of 4 doors and decent boot space to keep the missus happy

Hah yeah. I cant help but dip the oil every other day on the scooby - old habbit. Keep expecting it to have burnt some.
