Depends how flexible the new one is and how willing you are to cut up the old one to get it out

I bought one with all the breathers deleted, 'twas still a bugger to fit.... inlet off and everything !

Run away !

It's a bugger to fit Dan, easier if you can get the manifold off. Whilst the manifold is off though you can get some Carp Tufnol, about 8mm thick, and make some spacers to prevent heat soak into the manifold from the block

ive got one on mine that i managed to get on without removing the manifold (bugeye if that makes a difference) had to cut the old one out but it was f***ed anway, took me longer than i thought to do and hands where scratched and cut getting the thing in, the samco intercooler ones where a piece of **** tho

why waste your money on a piece of silicon hose that won't be needed. the epdm stuff fitted as standard will out do the impreza engines ffs. or is this having the blue bits to make your car look good.

No sometimes the old ones get tired and leak....

So I did mine and the "Hannibal Lector" sound effects are hilarious, makes the DV sound sad and lonely, just a little PST every now and then !
