Interesting about the clutch......... hmmmm.... not that mine's going, but I suppose they've only got a limited life eh?

It seems to act as a warranty and a servicing "service" in one... I wonder what's the minimum period after signing up that you can make a claim?

Does anyone have experience of this company?

I've been quoted £39 a month for the months, and would cover the 45,000 service......

So, £500........ is this worth it? How much is the 45,000 service on average?

Burr,

I think about £450 for the 45000 service on a UK Impreza turbo. Do they use a Subaru dealer? Would it have paid for the new clutch I had to have fitted yesterday? If yes then how Ironic I get the e-mail the day after!

Exclamation

The exclusions would rule out most members of this board

...and they seem to do their servicing at their own garages. As they are allied with Warranty Direct, I presume this will be at your local Unipart.

I think it would suit some people but not most. For example if you were running an older MY94-98 Standard Uk turbo. It's likely that you wouldn't be using a Subaru Dealer for servicing. MOT's may throw up some unexpected costs and then there's always the dreaded 90000 mile service.

I just got an online quote. MY97 Sport, no mods with 60-80k miles. £480. Don't think I'll bother cos I got a warranty when I bought the car last year. Maybe once it runs out.

720 quid. It comes at 60k for MY00 onwards. Basically it's a 30k plus a cambelt change.

The 30000 & 45000 service intervals combined so I think it's about £750-800

I've recently had a combined 30k and 45k service due to mileage and age combo. That was a 30k service plus cambelt change. Cost £600 (with SIDC disocount ).
