how easy is it to change my 2pot brakes to 4 pots

Straight swap ,bleed nipples at the top.
Make sure your wheels fit over them as well.

If you are changing the rear brakes to 2 pots (embossed with SUBARU like the 4 pots) then they need brackets to fit.
Takes about a couple of hours to do plus however much the calipers,discs,pads,fluid and Goodridge hosing cost (the hosing isn't neccessary but ,imo, worthwhile)

think ill just do the fronts for now cheers carnt find any rear atm anyway

Nice easy mod this, but as above, check your wheels clear them. I had to fit 5mm spacers to clear them on mine.

some of the discs on ebay say you get mintex pads with them are these any good

If you want dgood discs and pads speak to Alyn at AS Performance - Rally Motorsport Specialists or ian at High Performance Brakes - Supplying AP and Brembo brake kits for road and motorsport use

if am putting 4 pot brakes on the front does this mean ill need a bigger disc

2 pots use 277mm discs, 4 pots use 294mm, so you will need bigger discs.

You'll need callipers, discs and pads for a direct swap.
