I just sold MY02 WRX STi 60k FSH for £6.5k, I would ask more a bit of movement on the price, Its not a million miles away from where it should be.

bought my last impreza from him, but I would say he charges too much for a lot of his cars (nothing wrong with the cars I'd like to add)

Nice to see what dealers will actually pay. helps private sellers to keep things realistic.

I sold my 70k 2001 Bugeye six months ago for £4500 private sale.
Prices plummeted shortly after but seem to have recovered a bit, i'd say there's a bit of movement on that price above but it's not a million miles away from where it should be.

Remember p/x prices are always the lowest of the low.

your right about px being low, dont forget he will need to make some cash when he sells it on!

price i would think is about right, try and get a 'subaru approved car' warranty with it, half a tank of fuel, new mats and 6 months tax i think (but i may be wrong) that the cam belt service is due at 60k, if it is, then negotiate a half price deal on that service.........hey as the old saying go's.... if you dont ask

DONT forget that if your paying the sreen price and have NO p/x then your in an even better position, haggle hard as any car dealer wont want cars sitting on the forcourt for too long. good luck

steve

What he said, bug is 50k on the cam belt and the 60k service is the expensive fluid service

I bought a 2001 bugeye in January £4200 with 56000 miles. Fully stamped subaru history and just had the cambelt service done. Got a 6 month warranty with it.

I haggled with the price, was £4500 got it down to 4200 + got 6 months tax, a years MOT and he was kind enough to fill up the tank (£60 worth).
