Probably be ok on a straight dry road anything else forget it. I raced a golf mk4 and he could not put anything down when he was turning. That was a 350bhp garret thing could kill scoobies, play with evo's and embarass rs4 owners.

For something as small and light as that; you'd think 321 horses would see it clear 1/4 quicker than 13.3secs. Not saying the car is slow though, bet it flies with that VurboTec YO!

At the moment I've got a mk4 gti estate 1.8t. It even wheel spins in the dry. Christ knows how much a 350 bhp one would spin!

The guy who has the golf mk4 lives around the corner from me in Chelmsford. It' got a lsd etc...and had suspension coilovers etc... cannot put in through the front wheeks and turn. Full stop!

I think its an expensive thing to do as well. Mate of mine looked into turbo conversion for his CTR and it was circa £5000. Kinda makes you wonder what's the point?

I think although you get good bhp gains with the Honda engines the torque is always really low on them. At a guess you would have to really rev them nuts off.

Supercharge vtecs, its relatively cheap and gives torque low down in the rev range!
