Default Help please - Bugeye Rears - Diagrams Included!

Hi all,

I've been trying to find the differences between Bugeye rear lights. I have a JDM STI and unfortunately I need to replace one of the rears due to a small accident. I have been offered some UK lights but I really need to know if they are different at all.

So do they look different from the outside? Are they different on the inside?

I'm looking to put this question to bed once and for all. Below is the rear of my car with its standard rear JDM STI lights on. Perhaps it will help someone to point out any differences.

Thank you to anyone that can assist

P.S. Sorry to duplicate this from the lighting forum, just was hoping for answer before buying some tomorrow.

I've looked at so many pics of them on the net today and still can't see any discernible differences. I'm hoping it's the case.

Brilliant. Thank you Nick!

Can you or anyone else comment on the arrangement inside the lights? I take it a rear fog is in there somewhere for the lights? Where be it? And is there one on both sides or just the offside?

you will find that there are less holes in the nearside but extra in the offside at the back off the lens
