New WRX vs Mistubishi

What's a Lancer "Ralliart", is it a USDM only model?
Only 237BHP??
While I'm not a fan of the new shape, the WRX looks much better with a boot.

the 'ralliart' is a cheaper toned down version.

The ralliart is the lower power hatchback thing in this country...must be different in the US.
