you could issue a small claims writ againsed him, if you manage to get hold of his address. I'm unsure if the police would even entertain it to be honest though.

Feel sorry for you mate, hope it gets sorted.

Can confirm the interior as a South Eastern train. So likely to be Kent. Have you tried Kent Scoobies on SIDC? I would think someone would know him. I'm fairly sure that I've seen them on the McRae drive up with KS. May be wrong as haven't met them all before or since.
