Well i think Johnny Herbert is a better choice to drive one of these cars, he did when top gear had their awards!
So as the evo kicked scoobs *** (but it took it less weight and more bhp to reach the same spot to overtake the saxo!) which one is the better???

Youve gotta laugh, what is she doing on the telly, never mind one with cars. (no i'm not sexist - just think shes crap at it)

Did you notice how when penny was in the STI she was right up plato's **** when they got to thre fluffy bunnies, and even though she reckoned that the Evo was quicker, she was nowhere to be seen when they got to the same spot second time around
I also noticed that sometimes there were cameras mounted on the bonnets, and sometimes there weren't, so it's all a load of old tosh anyway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh, and they didn't even hit on price did they, ths STI is way cheaper than the evo!

Did you all notice the part where all the drivers said that the evo sounded better than the scoob??!!
Well i think they must be the only drivers they found who were deaf!!!
and the fact that one said that the scoob rolled too much?!!! well M8 take it on the road and watch it leave your evo behind!!

Scooby xenophobia strikes again....
Did anyone else notice that the STi didn't exactly blow the Sax into the weeds whilst overtaking on the final straight? Or was it just me?

Olly, the scoob well left the saxo when she floored it! the evo came out of that last bend further behind the saxo and thus the false sense that the evo was blowing the saxo away quicker!!

Has anyone driven both??
I dont agree with the city and united cr*p. Not sure if these cars are direct competition for each other, theres the price difference but int the evo more hardcore ie shi*e for everyday use.
Evolved from a grandads car?! I think the scooby looks the bis, take the spoiler off the evo and it looks nothing special, toned down a lot from the VI.

The Evo Vs Impreza war will continue until one manufacturer decides not to make one anymore.
I'd love an EVO7. But the running costs, depreciation, insurance and purchase price put me off, therefore I may have to 'make do' with an STi Type UK.
For a weekend car the EVO 7 is hard to beat. For a day to day car that you can enjoy at the weekend the STI wins (IMHO)

IMHO....
i thought the evo7 looked the b0ll0cks
i thought the evo7 sounded the b0ll0cks (which suprised me)
most write ups in mags etc seem to rate the evo higher. yes, it costs more....but i know which one i'd rather have
yes, the people they had driving/comparing 'em were geeks of the highest order, but that still doesnt explain why every single on of 'em chose the evo. so did the presenters it seems.
perhaps the evo really is that much better? ah well, at least you save 5k getting a scooby....until you upgrade the wheels, the lights, the ppp, the decat etc etc and its still ugly
flame suit is on
