Thanks for answering.

Mr OS's car has been with them for nearly 3 weeks! It's been a bleedin' nightmare!

Very briefly.........
just before Christmas, Mr OS had his Scoob keys nicked when it was parked on his brother's drive and his brother's house was burgled. It was all arranged for Subaru at Aylesbury to come and pick the car up and change the locks and return it the same day. They picked up the car, and brought it back later without the work having been done, because Norwich Union didn't want them to do it. So............ Norwich Union then sent someone round with a hire car (with a thimble full of petrol) on the 7th January and took the Scoob away, telling us it would be a few days.

Days passed.........nothing.........

Mr OS rang.......and rang again......and again.......they said they'd ring back........again........and again....... Then they couldn't get past the immobiliser thingy with the new locks

At last on Friday they said it was finished. We've got to go to Hayes and pick it up, because they couldn't say they would deliver by 4.00 (by which time it would be too dark for us to check it over).

I just wondered what they were like, because the last time he had to have some body work done (on a previous Scoob) by the people the insurance company insisted on, it was so appalling, they had to have 4 goes at it!
