I wouldnt touch a twin scroll turbo. They need very (very, very) close matching to their manifiold in order to work properly; the level of development that only a manufacturer can provide. You cant just bolt one on and expect it to work like a conventional part will.

my opinion, for what little its worth:
JDM stis came twin scroll is very good at standard power, but there is still an element of how much the avcs is helping out.
They do seem to spool quickly but how much is attributable to the heads?
If you dont have a jdm sti with twin scroll then fit an md321 variant matched to your power goal and set about tuning the car properly to maximise the spool and power and those torque wasts-its-faces, unless of course you meen foot pounds or ft-lbs
DO NOT EVER buy a turbo off ebay for £100 odd quid.

no not at the mo, mine got just 4 wheels
i just knew it would'nt be a simple as just bolting one on, hey unless you ask you never get to know
s
BTW i do (i think ) understand torque/ft.lbs but explaining it is like explaining the off side rule to the missus
im thinking of a newish 2.5 car at the mo, but if i want more power 'powerstaion' will be my first port of call
