Default did not recieve order from www.flat4online.co.uk

On 13 november last year I made an order at Scooby Turbo Subaru Impreza STi WRX Parts Lancer EVO Manifolds Turbo Intercoolers - Flat4online.co.uk concerning Sard injectors and ARP headstuds with a value of 495GBP(600 euros at that time). It has been almost 2 months now and I still did not recieve my order. We had some email-contact where they said the are waiting for the injectors to arrive from the manufacturer, and the last contact was on 9 december where they told my they put my order on "awaiting courier dispatch". Since then they did not respond on my emails. They had a short vacation-break, but I send emails way before and after these dates.

Does anyone here know some option I have, or does anyone personnally know this Scott at flat4online? I think this is not a very proffesional way of working, and 495GBP is still a lot of money..

Thanks,

Do a search, if the items ordered arent available from his stockist then you will have to be prepared for a very long wait.
He is a one man band and will obviously be buying in bulk to get the prices down.

I wouldnt worry. Delivery times can be long (and communication non-existant), but youll always get your parts.

sounds like a real pro outfit this lot all I hear is that you could wait for months for your bits
Credit card people get your money back and buy from a recommended patrs shop who actually cary some parts in stock
sounds like these people cary nothing and order your bits after youve paid them
