Ive just bought one today that came with a prooven 270BHP and it hasnt even been mapped properly yet either, hopefully bob rawles gona do his magic on it once I get a fuel pump etc in it, spoke to him and he reckons 330 is dooable witht he engine mods I already have.
It came with a hybrid FMIC, exhaust, decat, ec etc
It already has supporting clutch brakes etc to run that power.
Old owner was nearing the end of his projct and has had a change in his financial status, felt bad taking it from him but one mans loss is anothers gain lol

my00 uk classic is running 332 bhp & 303 lb/ft torque engine now at 113k original lump its a combination of reg servicing and correctly modifying!! most say uk lumps will start to ware engine internals quicker above 320 bhp and drivetrain inc clutch above 330 lb/ft torque although this does get debated a lot but imo a uk engine will make a nice fast road car at around 300-320bhp no probs

with the money spent on the ppg ect.. you might as well go the full hog and start saving for a forged build then as well the md will soon destroy the uk internals 350+ bhp

PPG or six speed will make for a reasonably future proof 'box. An MD321H will destroy your internals as soon as you turn the boost up, maybe consider an 18g or similar until you have your foged build complete?
