sold my car on the spur of moment after finding out dad needed money (made redundant) etc.

got the right mone for it and had a buyer straight away (a guy who had seen the car and made me an offer before hand) but just didnt feel right after he drove away with the car and my everyday car is so boring!

i feel like crying ! i need help ! lol still gna hang about on here though, in hope that i can get another come summer time..

i cant believe what i just done

o wel cars can be replaced i suppose

good for you trying to help out your dad, unlucky it is always hurtful when you sell a car, you'll get another one at some point

yeah after all he has paid the insurance on it for the last 2 years .. im 21 now..

so just gotta wait.. i'll save about 600 a month from wages and probably more now without spending on tanking the sub up..

so hopefully back in one, come summer time as mate owes me 1000 anyway and sed ill have it buy april

but now am without the car i cant help but think what else to get..

been banging ideas in my bhead such as a supercharged type r.. throttle bodied oe turbochargrd clio etc.

sleepers and the going cheap nowadays aswel but i think i should just stick to whats known and what i have expefreince of

that would be so much better to get a car like this..

mate if it was me and your planning on getting another scoob, i would buy a run around and save as much as you can between now and april! then add the grand your mates going to give you

You'll have a good amount of cash plus its not the best weather for driving nice cars between now and then anyway. Also if things don't get much better there will be some good cars cheap to be had.

What i wouldn't do is buy anything that you might have expensive issues with ie that skyline

I bought one when i was a kid, spent a lot on it and loved it. Had to sell it to get on the property ladder, which sucked.

10 years later i got another. What goes around...

cheers guys for the kind words, and yeah i suppose your right, i saw a scoob yesterday and thought wow, i cant get something else over that

so ill be on the look for scoobs, i have a little 1.4 car to drive around for the time being anyway, so no worries,

maybe i can get another version 6 real soon
