Only thing left on that Subaru is the shell. Typical V8 Turbo Charged Engine by the looks of it as used on all American Projects.

Doesn't look like a V8 to me.
Shot at 53 seconds shows horizontal cylinder head.

Didn't u see all the shots of the engine, obviously a wrx motor, of course heavily modified.
