Where to get roof trim from?
I need a new pair of the roof/screen trims for a classic saloon. Anybody know where to go and what sort of damage are they!?
Thanks

Its the trim/rails that go right over the roof of the car either side of front and rear screens! mine is bent where the car was re-sprayed and some of the clips are broken and it just looks a mess. So I would need the trims in good condition with all the clips if poss fella's

Well... They are second hand, so are worth whatever someone is willing to pay for them.
But to give you an idea, the roof trims would cost you £57 each from a Subaru dealer & the clips would cost you a £1 each.
Hope this helps
Oh.. by the way... good luck with removing the old clips without breaking them

i lost 1 of my roof trims last year, picked up a pair for £20,but there is a bit of bad news about fitting them .When they are made the clips are bonded into the front and rear screen glue. The only way to fit the trims properly is too get both screens out and mount the clips back with the new screen adhesive.Cost me £120 but make sure you've got windscreen cover on your insurance as they do sometimes break when being removed
