Sorry to post this, but can someone please tell me what the hell IIRC and SIAL mean? It's driving me nuts seeing it everywhere and I can't find what it means. Believe me, I've searched already. Or is it one of those cliquey / if-you-don't-know-you're-not-in-the-club things?

Can somone tell me what W.H.Y? stands for? Usually found at the bottom of car ads

People say its what have you, but that makes no sense to me in the context found in adverts

It something that I, anyone one around me, nor google has managed to fathom.
