If you live local go view for yourself... Some are good example some not so good... Like MOST garages that import from Japan..

However Torque is nothing to do with KTC...

Cheers
Raf
p.s You may want to post a link to the vehicle in question - give us an idea...

Too late guys....I bought an sti type r import off them on Friday....by saturday night the bottom end had developed a knock.

Not sure what to do now..By law it's their responsibilty I reckon to fix it under "The Sale and Supply of Goods Act".

Any opinions or advice appreciated...

Are they anything to do with WRC sales in Bradford. Some of the cars appear on both sites.

Went to WRC sales a while ago. Not impressed with a few of the vehicles.

Check the receipt - I'm assuming they gave you one!!
It should have terms and conditions on it. If it's sold as seen with no warranty you might be in trouble... it all depends on the wording in the sale documentation.

What do you mean? This is my first Scooby.
I just joined to get some info & advice like everyone else. To be honest I wish I'd joined a month ago and done some research on here before I'd bought off them.

tbh my advice, rather than come on here and start asking questions throwing mud around (even if noit intended that way it comes across as that), go and speak to them, there are indeed a different company to keighly trade cnetre and may not be the same, see what they say, if you've only had it a week then they may turn round and offer a refund in good faith or poissibly exchange for another car. if there reputable or trying to move away from KTC rep you may be surprised.

Yeah I just spoke to consumer advice and thats what they reckon too.
Under The sale of Goods Act 1994 they say I'm entitled to a full refund or the cost of repair to be covered.
Its worth a try....
