Email them and ask a few "searching" questions ;
Do you use a reground crank when reconditioning the engine ?
Do you use MLS Head Gaskets ?
Are the Cylinder Heads fully refurbished - exhaust seats recut to remove pitting ? valve stem seals replaced ?
Are the Cambelt Idlers,tensioner and belt replaced ?
Is the engine bench tested before fitting/dispatched out ?

At the end of the day,you need to know if the engine has been fully rebuilt or just a quick "freshen up".
