you will need a bigger turbo to make it worth the while , otherwise it will only gain you a few bhp more

My 04 STI has a APS exhaust system (with sports CAT), uprated top mount intercooler, uprated fuel pump, ECUTek re-map, 1.5 Bar boost and it's last RR produced 342Bhp. Turbo, injectors etc are standard.

If you have a PPP'd car then stick with the sports cat, you lose virtually no performance with one of these fitted (plus you will pass those MOT's and road side emission tests ) but a remap with a decent filter and exhaust will see you for about 350bhp

Thanks tony
Only reson i was going de cat as wanted anti lag etc and read it eats cats
And i now have found a garage that gets your car though for under £50 on the mot front
but i have been looking at tsl exhausts and one they do with the sport cat says anti lag proof so may go down that route
The pwr you mentioned is what i am after really dont want to be too excessive or be stopping at shell every 100 mile

I can't really say, as all the work which was done on my car was done by the previous owner, all I know is it goes like ****

From looking through the receipts I think the Exhaust came from/fitted at what was WRC Technologies (purchased as a upgrade pack i think), although I think I am correct in saying they are no longer in business??
