Yes, a 16g can make that figure with supporting mods.

The one shown on the link doesn't look like a genuine unit though.

440cc injectors are at their theoretical limit at 350bhp. You can turn the pressure up a bit but I think that youd be better getting larger injectors and letting them work less.

i still fail to see how people can get 350BHP out of one of these when some 20G`s only get 370/380BHP

As above: make sure it's a genuine 16G and some bigger injectors would be advisable to get the best results. You should also put the STi 8 intercooler in the car.

Well 350 is a nice target. I'm aiming to see what a 16G will max out at once mine is back on the road and mapped up again. If it won't make it on the build I'll have put together, which will have every supporting mod possible inc. ported and polished STi4 heads, forged bottom end, Hybrid FMIC and plenty of fuel and air, then no 16G can make it LOL

Different rolling roads = different figures maybe, i've got a 20g on mine and its 370bhp/405lbs.ft @ powerstation and may see 400bhp on another set of rollers (acording to Andy Forrest), even the rolling road opperator @ powerstation (fuzz) told me that at that power their rolling road was approx 20bhp down on power engineering's rollers, who's are most accurate???

440 injectors and WRX intercooler will struggle to get over 280 BHP IMHO

You'd probably just do a quick headline figure before the intercooler gave up, really for over 300 that WRX intercooler is no good for more than a few seconds at a time and the injectors are borderline at standard pressure. With an adjustable regulator you could get them comfortably up to 350bhp capability at say 3.5 or 4 bar fuel pressure. Depends on your future plans whether a new reg is something you've got in mind anyway, or whether bigger injectors are a better option for you. Or both.

even if a 16g could get to 350 ish bhp, it would be past its max efficiency rate. If Andyfs website says it cant then I would tend to go with what he says

IIRC from the compressor map a 16G is comfortable (i.e. peak efficiency) at 1.0-1.1 bar.
