as going abroad for some snowboarding, does anyone know what petrol to use there?

here I'm on Optimax, but what to use in France, Swiss and Italy ?

I'm pretty sure that if you find a shell garage then you'll find stinkymax. I'm in the Canary islands at the mo and they've got it here.

Yeah, that's nice but what if there's no Shell garage around?

Anything with a RON of 97 or greater, I think you'll find 98RON all over the place, have fun!

Just look for Super which is normally 98RON or higher

Hard enough to find a sheel garage in GB sometime. Take a few cans of Pro Boost to be on the safe side...

I'm spending the season in Switzerland and have not had any trouble getting Optimax in most places. The super unleaded is usually 98Ron so doesn't make much difference anyway.
It's much cheaper than in UK too!!

The snow in Europe has improved greatly, we've had 1.5metres in the last 2 days.

Super sans plomb in Frogville....in general, super unleaded is more freely available in Europe than here
