Doesn't really matter. Some trackers want a crime reference number before activation, others don't. As long as its activated, thats all you need worry about. Despite what some on here spout, it's more important to get the car recovered than have a bobby stood on your drive looking at where the car was parked. If its not on your drive, what's the point in the police attending?

Same time, Police on landline and tracker on mobile bet you'll get through to Tracker before Police answer the landline IMHO

You ring the police 1st for the crime number then you ring the tracker company 2nd as the tracker people need the crime number before they contact the police to look for your car!

And that is the fact buddy! So always have the Tracker number on your phone ready!

Should say in the hand book buddy!

You ring the police then forget it had a tracker, because if some **** hotwires my car, thrashes the **** off it from cold and pisses on the door handles, I don't want it back

How can you give them your tracker details without subscribing?

Because even though you haven't renewed your Subscription doesn't stop it working

Hence when my old "tracker" was not required i disconnected the Ariel
