classic 440's ?
i see people say alot about the colour of the injectors , so how do you know what inectors you have apart from the colour ?

on a classic the injectors are side feed so if factory fit denso units 380s are grey and 440s yellow. its the after market ones that make it complicated as they differ in colour dep on manufacture. im sure someone will be along to say there is way to tell by looking at them, but on the car under mapping fueling measurement/duty would tell you...

well mine is a uk wagon on a 98 plate and they are grey so are they 380's then ? pretty sure every one says they should be 440's for my model year ?

my = model year so a late uk 98 regestered car could be a 99spec??? the point here was injectors and the car sounds like it has 380s (grey) i am sure that a late 98 car would have face lift ect but the lifted engine spec form 208bhp to 215 (hence the 440s fitted not 380s) and the ae800 ae801 and ae802 ecus were 99-00 T V W X AND YREG ONLY
