Sounds mad, I know, but it means you can click on the VIPs button (near top right), then click on your own user-id, and then instantly see all the threads you've recently replied to! 
An excellent way to quickly go through and see if anyone's replied to them!

And if you want to get really sad you could add the VIP Page of yourself to your Internet Favorites and have it on your menu to save time....
(not that I'd be that sad or anything )
