as the tiltle says...those from back in the days will remember the days where DAVEW and my self organised runs, in cumbria...

the days when farmers jumped out onto the road, when he heard the distant sound of THUNDER....passing through a village, who were in the middle of a rememberance sunday (who the hell chose that date...!)

Cars rolling down hills..(gulp), and general mayhem...

so many names that i can remeber, Badgerbell, Blackscooby, faster mike, Jase, and others...

what say you chaps? shall we have a resurface party?...Choose a tricky route?...a suitably cold early morning...tank up...and go scare some farmers..?

but...in order to do this, we need to bring someone out of retirement....

so.....DAVEW.....what do you think?

Dave got rid of his sliver impreza bought a 22b sold that now he has another impreza and still frequents 22b.com and as for the car rolling down the hill I have seen the photo's.Mark wrx got rid of his and is now rallying,fastermike got rid of his sti and is now married.badgerbell I havent seen for a while but he got rid of his RB5 and last time I heard he had an sti8 since then we have had a few raids across the border picking up with the TTS at keilder headed by out resident nutter Lord harding

i think i may have to come on these 'raids'.....Jason (the one with, at first the Sunny GTiR, then impreza P1, and i think the evo, has got a scoob again...so i think that a meet up should be done...al grown up on the outside...but still a little **** on the inside, is what i am...!!

Yes I remember those days when i was ''just a bit boy ''

since then CS has grown into a massive club and we get involved in the running f th nbo which takes months of our times

the lakes run is now an annual event where we team up with the LADS and the Blackpool big one

check out the D&G boys as they have runs every month whil CS have seemed to settle down to their monthly pub meets and we are now very big on the car show scene with many tropheys in our bulging cabinet

the Raids across the border were fantastic some 6-7 years ago but as Gussy said a lot of the orignal boys seemed to have sold up (apart from me as subarus are for life not just xmas) :

those were the days...its almost as though they were the begining..we were the pioneers, and then it evolved into what you guys have now....

i know i just read...i was away with work, in Liverpool, no time for nothing nowadays.....

its the career, then the business, then the family,then the friends, then the car...!

although i do not have that much to do with the business,apart from the weekends, so its not so bad...but away, far too much with work...!

maybe next month?....
