Default Changing the Timing Belt!DYCO???which belt?

Hi guys, i am thinking to change the Timing belt on my wrx import, i have been quoted £115 supplied and fitted, the belt is a DYCO one, is this a good belt??

is £115 a good price including Labour?

does any one know where is the best place to change my belt (proffesionals) in Birmingham area or near?

please give me some advice

Make sure someone that knows scooby's does it or it will be a quick way to destroy your engine

ye the guys who does is for £115 only does jap import cars specially subarus, so i am not worried about the fitting,

That price is cheap . i don't know that make but if he is willing to fit it should be ok

That is a good price :-)

Bear in mind, that you may need to change the tensioners and/or pulleys

Dayco belts are good and have the timing marks on them also - as phil84 said,it may need some of the idlers replacing and possibly the tensioner if leaking.

no its not heavily modified, running at 1 bar, safe boost, hks air filter, fully decated 5inch exhaust, that's about it really :P

ye i thought 115 fitted and supplied is quite cheap, well i will tell him to check the tensioners for me too in case if they need changing
