Help guys, I used to be a Scooby owner (STI V5 Type RA (sold to Scott if he's still on here !) - I'm looking at another Scooby (just can't get it out of my system !!) tonight and it has the prodrive performance pack on it....but I cannot recall what the PPP consists of - can anyone help me out with this asap.

Thanks

Amazing ,I was just about to post to ask what I should be looking for on my PPP conversion, when this topic popped up. I know I have a different back box, centre section, well it sounds like, and assume the ECU is Prodive but the intercooler piping looks normal to me, certainly not blue and ally bits. The conversion was done circa 2000, might they have altered it from then ?

Look under your intercooler on the left hand side. The hose underneath should be blue and have prodrive written on it. The alloy pipe is inserted into it and goes to a two bolt flange connection at the left hand, back ,underside of intercooler.

As for the second blue bit of pipe, dont know???

Wink

Matt

The PPP removes only the final cat and still leaves the cat in the downpipe (and the one in the uppipe for the MY01+), hence it should still pass an MOT and be road legal. Removing the cat in the downpipe adds further grins, but is not part of the PPP.

Duncan

PS. Should you not also get a certificate when the PPP is done to prove that it was added to the car?

Cool

OK, so its got Prodrive stamped on it

Centre definately has the letters STi stamped on it & I wasn't **** enough to look for it on the backbox

Likewise the ECU enclosure.

Who makes the backbox then?
