not even sure if it is a mcrae, if you look at the bottom of the centre console theres a flip top hole thingy on that pic or at least something white, a true mcrae has a name plaque etc there, just like this one, which was mine till i killed it oops lol
no mater what, nothing that made it a mcrae is there, ppp, badges, plaque. in fact it looks like all there is is the interior, wonder if a set has sold on ebay recently?

Personally I think it looks fugly but it's clearly a case for substance over style and that's what imho imprezas are about . .. I wont be copying this mind

the bonnet reminds me of the Spitfire engined car called "The Beast"
I stand corrected :-) It's not as good as the PPC magazine Rover though.
Its hideous grill at the front still looks familiar though!

A myth, it was a Rolls Royce engine, but it wasnt out of a Spitfire. It used a more common non-aero version of the Merlin (whose name I forget), that was commonly used in tanks post-war.
