Yeah the advert is a bit skant on details.....

Also, if it's an RA why are the skirts and mirrors painted unless this was done by the last owner ?

Called him today and he would not go below £6k - no chance of purchasing then !!

They all look crazy prices in today's market. Maybe he bought them when prices were higher, but he'll never shift them now and if he really thinks that he can, my suggestion is that you hang on a bit to grab yourself a bargain at the liquidation auction!!!

RA's never had skirts/spoilers in the first place. It's had a little spent on skirts and splitter, sti rear lights ect.
I paid £2500 for mine,standard a year ago,with 61000k. (spent a lot more on it since mind! )

£16k for the six year old 5 series seems a tad optimistic too...

Its not an STi Shaun, hence no roof vent. It looks like its had skirts fitted and mirrors / handles painted- as many did. As you say, GC8's the man though

£7,000? F*ck me! A friend of mine sold a nice clean V3 STI Type-RA for a little over £3,500 a year ago! If I was paying £7,000 for a D-Series Type-RA now, then Id expect there to be a bag with at least £4,000 in cash in the boot!
