That is part of the Ghostrider 5 DVD, not a bad DVD as far as these sort of things go, its one of the better ones, it is a good DVD for a friday night after being in the pub.

 

Is that the same Ghostrider that does the same on a motorbike? He's a nut job! Bloody good though.
