I would imagine that that the picture is there by way of disclosure. Thats actually quite acceptable, from an MOT VIN plate check perspective.....

agree, no doubt car is now ligit, One careful owner........................ six not so careful owners in japan. Probly stolen recovered. But i could have done a better job pissed up with a blunt knife. They could have appled for a new one.

Japanese domestic vehicles dot have an international standard format seventeen character VIN; they have a short chassis number.
