anybody got one fitted???

been looking and they only seem to made for bugs or newer.............

like the idea of harnesses and still being able to use the rear

Why would you want one. Its certainly a product made because it can be sold, rather than something worthwhile made because theres a need for it. Harness, fixed back racing seat and roll cage: they go together but seperately theyre a liability in the event of an accident (fixed back seat to a lesser degree).

and not use harnesses on recliner seats????

Thats not particularly clear is it? Fitting harnesses to a road car with road seats and nothing else is a folly (this is a fact rather than a subjective opinion and the topic has been done to death on SN). If you want holding securely in place (which is a good thing as long as you arent being held rigidly in a seat) then look at using a CG-Lock.
