Time for a change......
From this...
To this 360bhp beastie....
Will be sad to see the sti go, but Ive alwasy liked an Evo, even if I admit myself, the growl and sound just cannot compare...how long do you reckon it'll be b4 Im back...lol
Ill still be posting and looking on here, cos I like both cars so much.

Good move, and great choice in car. I went to an evo7 rs2 xtreme and havent looked back. Although if im honest i do miss the noise. Out of interest how do you compare the two performance wise?

Had a go y'day and tbh, I initially couldn't tell a difference in quickness, until I looked at the speedo to see 90mph in a very quick time (on a private road ) The steering reaction is one major difference that stood out compared to the scoob, so much more responsive.
I love the way the scoobs spool up and the sound, but the uniquness of the Evo and the constant turbo pull deserve some respect.
Should be getting it this afternoon, Ill give her a good wash/detail then get some pics up.
Just to say though, it was a very difficult decison to let the sti go, I love the scoobs and had spent nigh on 4k on her since I got her in late feb....

I thought the same, until like you i glanced at the speedo. Its deceptavly(if thats how you spell it) quick. And the steering response is in a different league. Hope you enjoy your new toy mate.

The lad who I got it from got it mapped for like £300 or so from around standard (fq300) to 360ish......all dyno printout and everything, very good value for money in my book, will have to check what torque its running, it should be here within the next hour

Tookj it out y'day for a first run and fvcking hell, only way I can describe it is, it doesn't "feel" as rapid as the scoob, but its so deceptive. Very happy with it.
Thanks for the comments fellas.
