Default Paypal Question.

We've purchased some Injectors (£90) off a member on here 2 weeks ago and paid with Paypal. The injectors have not been delivered and he is now refusing to answer his mobile. Does anybody know if you can claim the money back off him via paypal or do i just kiss the money goodbye?

Thanks for the help. I've looked into it and you have to open a dispute and escalate it to a claim as you say.

Not going to name names, but this is the thread:

He's not on holiday because he said last friday that he'd posted them and we would receive them on monday. He replied by text again on tuesday because they still hadn't arrived but now he's ignoring both calls and messages.
