Just goes to show how unreliable Subaru engines are! You cant even rev the total **** out of them on a stand still for over a minute without something blowing up!!! Glad i dont have one,oh wait Idiots!

TBH I was thinking how impressive it was that you can red line the scooby for that long, Shows how strong the engines are IMHO. Not that I'll be trying it with mine YES I HAVE NOW GOT AN 05 WRX 'PPP' WAGON picked it up today
I just hope it was someone who was replacing the engine anyway and not some tards that had nicked the car.

This vid was posted a year or so ago, the guys were changing an engine that was knocking I think.
At the end of the day, their car - they do what they like with it.
I must admit doing exactly the same thing in my 205GTI when the bottom went on that, and was ready to sling a new lump in.
