i think ul be waiting for an awnser for ages mate, always run them on the highest ron fuel u can buy, tesco 99, and optimax r the best, i run mine on 99 tesco and never misses a beat and seams to have good throttle response, when i was truly brassic i went to 95 ron, and wish i never had, reset the ecu after 2 tanks of 99 again, as it hated it, and mine is a 98 uk turbo designed to run on 95.
but each to their own, all cars are different some people on here say theres runs better on 95

mines a 96 uk turbo and the guy who owned it previous always put super unleaded. theres no point putting in normal unleaded as the super unleaded keeps ur engine running smoother...ive put normal unleaded in once or twice (bloody morissons and their misleading petrol guns!) and it run ***t...
jason is there really much fuel difference with the tesco's expensive stuff 99?? if i ran it on that, and then back on 97 again would it bugger the engine up... or wud it b best to jus keep running on 99? i would run on 99 all the time but only tescos in my area that does that is northampton tescos, not the wellingboro tescos near me, n i cant justify driving all the way there for that! lol
