Default can some one take a pic of there number plate lights pls or tell me what im missing ?

as title really . i posted a similar post but i still cant figure out what i need .

ive found a pair of rear number plate light units with the bulbs in them and the wiring links off ebay . but im sure my bumpe must be missing a plate or something cos i cant see where they will bolt to ??

here is my bumper ....

forgot to say , its a UK Reg . i know its bad weather outside but id really appreiciate someone taking a pic of their number plate lights

its a UK Reg 2.0L turbo . saloon . im not sure what else to put . im new to the scooby world and not really up to speed with all the slang etc for the models etc .here is a pic if it helps



only just got it , so yes, i am changing the rear lights lol

looks the same as mine mate . i see yours are angled . i will have a look and a feel inside my bumper when it stops raining and see if i can feel old screw holes etc. cant believe there is just a big cut out of the bumper , thought i was missing a plate or holder of some description .

cheers for taking the pic mate , now i know its just the oholders and brackets i need .

No problem. I was a bit suprised to see a gaping hole as well, like you I was expecting to see some sort of plate with lights fastened to.

The two bulb holders,bolt to the rear bumper support bar (long bar,runs the length of the bumper).

i will put my hand up into that deep black hole as soon as it bloody stops raining lol and have a feel about .

You will have to remove the rear bumper to fit them, PITA as the bolt screws in from the top of the bumper brace bar.

its a uk car, the bar that those bolt too has prob rusted away mate..?

sounds too technical for me , i will have to get a mate to have a play around
