Guys,
Would have posted in General Tech but this might interest the general community, found these Guauges(sp) one does all or you can still have a few etc, look really good,
What do you think the pitfalls would be??? if any.
Thanks in advance.

At the moment you get a free wideband AFR sensor to go with the gauge.
It looks as though the only downsides are lack of additional sensors for oil tempo/press etc. But for the size and all the other features it does, ECU fault codes and ECU Reset, its great.
I'd love to know if anyone on here is using one.

Thats not really true, is it? I suppose that it depends which market youre looking at. Most at the gauges aimed at 'car modders' are indeed sh*te, but there are lots of makes out there, that are excellent: VDO and Stack being just two...

I had a look at those gauges for mine.
They seem excellent but a couple of things put me off.
Firstly, I haven't seen anybody else running them and I wasn't keen on spending money on an untested product.
Secondly, is that they look like they belong in a space shuttle. I like the defi-link gauges as they look almost factory with the same colours and lighting. Those PLX ones would just look out of place IMHO.
Would very much like to see someone try them though.

There is a Newage STI dash cluster option, and you can have pretty much any display customised. So you could make them look factory.
If I didn't already have some new DEFI's and a PSi3, I wouls snap these up.

I've had cheaper gauges and now have a set of defis and also run a PSI3 Secs unit.
If I was buying again, I'd go straight for defi's, They are so quick to react, plus you have the peak monitors and the record function.
You can pick up some bargin if you keep an eye out. Picked mine up off here for £215 for the three + control unit
