Ive got the Prodrive springs fitted which i think EIBACH had a hand in developing of so i would say EIBACH ones mate!
If there good enough for Prodrive there good enough for me!

ive already got some new shocks, not the 3 way's but still kyb ultra sr.. which are apparently the same as STI shocks
as for eibatch springs again ive read good things about them but i also want a noticable drop, nothin stupid but ive seen that the tein s tech ones seem to lower the car more noticably (to the eye)

<-----------I had Tein S Tech on my WRX and my STI.
I can't fault them and they do immediately lower the ride height which is why I opted for these over Prodrive or Eibach.
Some will obviously say Prodrive are best, but the way I drive (which is not on the limit) meant I would NEVER get to test the springs to their full potential anyway so appearance was paramount.
On both cars I could easily notice how flat the car went into corners and the quality of ride was never affected.

sometimes think i wish i'd have gone with tein springs myself.
dont get me wrong the eibachs are nice and stiff and excellent for handling with the adjustable gas shocks, but they do **** all to the ride height, and it makes me wanna get bigger wheels to fill the arches a little more.

how about HKS springs?
ive a set on stock dampers and theyre great (also have f/r braces). they droped the car 20mm, car sits much more flat through a turn, response and tyre feel is up too. only problem, expensive at £280. i will get some dampers when mine blow.
