Old Photo's (and how lucky i was,,)
just found these on an old memery stick, from when my gramps came to visit once, only trouble was that he had a little accident right by my house, when he pulled up, instead of hitting the brakes, he floored the accelerator!!! and then the 'panic' part of his brain told him "keep pressing, keep pressing..." he ended up going flat out across the road, smashing into my neighbors car, which smashed into (and then under) there jeep, and then the whole lot got pushed along and through there garage door...!
luckily they were all ok and insurance covered everything, but if you look at the photo of the tyre marks across the grass, IM GLAD HE STEERED RIGHT AND NOT LEFT (into my car) lol
THE IMPORTANT SHOT..

Thats a classic, glad nobody was hurt! And to think old people get cheap insurance. No wonder we pay so much for ours...to pay for them! No offence to your grampa. Wow that was close to yours though!

Wow same company 70 years! That must have been back in the days when a renewal quote was competitive, seems like thier only after new customers these days. Impressive he's never claimed tho. He was obviously getting his moneys worth this time. As long as he can laugh at it now
