New tyres
Time has come to replace my tyres, and I've been advised to try a company called etyres.com. Apparently they're relatively cheap and very good, they come to your house to fit the tyres etc.
So, here's what I'm looking at:
etyres - Search Results
Currently I have the Bridgestone RE050's, which I'm thinking about going for again. But looking down the list I can see YOKOHAMA - S306's are only 80 quid each. Anybody know if they're any good? Or rubbish? Which would you go for?
Also, when I put my tyre number in on the original screen, it asks whether I want reinforced, 6 ply or 8 ply. Not sure what all that means? (yes I'm a nub).
Anyway, cheers in advance!

Personally I would never go for RE050's again. I had these as standard on my CTR and found them to be shocking in the wet, infact it didn't even have to be wet it just had to think about being wet and they would let go.
Cracking tyre in the dry though, just a massive shame the wet weather capabilities weren't up to much.
I can't see past the Eagle F1 GSD3's, had them on my mkIV Golf and the scoob came with these also, when I replace my tyres in the next few months I will be looking to get another set as they perform well in all conditions, although a mate is looking to get the F1 Assymetrics so will see what he makes of them, but either way I'd imagine I'd be sticking with some form of Eagle F1.

Personally, If I was you, I'd go for Michelin Pilot Sport 2's.
Used these on my last 2 cars. I think they're one of the best tyres around. Quite alot of performance cars have these as standard, or as optional second choice.
Prodrive recommend these as well as Pirelli Pzero's.

F1 asymmetrics are the tyre to go for, trust me..
I'd stay away from directional tyres on a scoob. According to Mike wood, of all the tyre's they've ever tested, one thing was apparent, directional tyres make an impreza squirmy (newage anyhow)..

Decided to go for Eagle F1s.
/edit - Just noticed, the speed rating on them is Y - My Bridgestones are W... Y will still be okay won't it?
