...........has anyone heard of anyone perfoming remaps on the Diesel versions that have just been released?

Should be interesting, especially if the 3.0 liter 6 cylinder version comes out soon.

Hey, no matter what we all think about diesel, diesel tuning is the way forward these days and can only get better.
Diesels of today (Commen rail diesels) can now handel with the demand of fuel that the turbos need to produce all the crazy torque.

Its been proven diesels are almost quite as good as petrol when they created the BMW M5 diesel, it was almost as fast as the potrol version around the topgear track.

Diesel has my vote

 

The diesel boxer sounds quite ok really.

Maybe i am just getting old but Subaru handling with diesel economy sounds good to me. Diesel engines are improving all the time it seems too.
