Question wheels re-sprayed

hi guys/gals

i fancy getting my original wrx wheels re-sprayed to either a gloss black or anthracite colour because i cant afford new wheels at the moment. any ideas on how much id be looking at? for 4 wheels?

usual price is anywhere from £50 a corner for a decent job

i sprayed mine black by myself. pretty easy to do. sand the wheels down, primer them, couple of layers of black paint and finish them off with laquer. job done

IMHO !

Black is hard work as it makes your tyres look grubby...
mine's a black car as well !

ye mines black aswel but i saw one at the fast show and it looked pretty good! i have thought about doing it myself but i wasnt to sure about the laquer situation. i was thinking more along the lines of getting them powder coated but i have no idea how much its going to cost

got mine done, tyres not taken completely off. tyres put back on and balanced £140

premier paint in east yorkshire, might be a bit far for you i'm afraid plus he's a mate but he is that price for anyone

They look nice. Different! And I bet they are really hard to keep clean!

wicked wheels did my 18's for £200. awesome job. talked about what i wanted. so they powder coated them black, then sprayed a carcoal colour over and finished with a metalic laquer(give it a carbon fibre feel)
dont pay over £200 especially up north near you
