im looking to buy an sti 8 2003 model and wanted to know whats the difference between an import version and a uk version also which one is a better car.

Apparently the "Type UK" has an alarm, and a tracker fitted as standard. Oh and a "Type UK" badge on the back if it's an STi your looking at. These badges however are readily available on Ebay and stuff.

Dont know any other info, but now I am subscribed to this thread, because I want to know too!

There are sooooo many threads on this, people will help but you'll need to do a little leg work yourself first.

There is a lot of differences and they'll affect you in different ways so do lots of homework first before you consider buying !!!
