Should be in suspension (another thread will be) BUT

Has anyone else had their rubber mount that goes between the top of the shock absorber and the turret fail?

This is the rubber mount that the bolts of which people attach strut braces to. The bolt of the shock absorber goes in the middle of it. Round in shape, looking like a donut, cut in half & put back o/side on o/side.

Mine has visibly "worn" & there is enough movement to cause a knocking sound going over bumpettes. It also moves alarmingly & tangibly (in comparison to the other side).

This is the n/s/r mount.

Any experience of this gratefully received. I may have a warranty issue due to Leda having been fitted (though they themselves only know of 1 other instance of failure & that wasn't a scoob).

Thanks

(All will be sorted by Oulton Park tho' )

Wink

Dog breath, shouldnt have happened like that, was it checked over before the LEDA was fitted or has something been fitted incorrectly causing premature failure?

Speak nicely to your dealer
